Awe Shucks

In the beginning I was obsessed with Mary-Kate and Ashley (of twin fame).
Then I began to think I was a little more classic like Jen Garner.
I am certainly not as adventurous as Lady Gaga.
Yet not as safe as Sandra Bullock.

Not quite certain where my style falls lately, I have begun to turn to one trailblazer. She is cute, smart and makes me wish my hair was still bright blonde. Bri Emery of Design Love Fest is just as darn ingenious as it gets. I want her life...and wardrobe.

Mobile Gallery: Truck Art

I wish I found out about Pakistani Truck Art before anyone, an-ee-one (except of course the ones making the art...for obvious reasons). It started out as a way for drivers to draw more attention to their business and it took off from there.

I found an article from ETSY that sucked me in and now I'm hooked. These are like David Best's art cars on crack.
I also found a great blog focusing solely on the truck art and I just want to know more!

She snapped me right out of it

I have been a total blog loser. I seem awesome stuff constantly but haven't had the urge to write about it since I started grad school. They ain't kidding when they say 'you can sleep when you're dead'.

I was going on my merry 'no blogging' way when Winnie Truong woke me from the mundane. I had a verbal reaction to her hair drawings. Much like one of my favorite artists, Desiree Holman, Truong uses colored pencil.
